Just to say thanks

good day,, I guess its about time I took up some place in this written road and let everyone know basically who I am or a little bit about me,,ok, I have written poems about causes that need some help and awareness, and also I have recieved many good vibes from the crew (if I can use that term,) but its hard to really know someone from their handle, but when you join a group of people like I have it comes to be an honour,every poem I wrote and posted drew nothing but good comments, and it lifted my spirits as this was the first time that I have posted my writeings, I guess what I'm trying to say is that everyone has a thought of how the poet is or might be,and obviously from my poems I show my heart and pride ,but I also posted my poems of incarceration,which was a
kick in the ass for me ,thats where I knew that I had to pull up my socks and mature,now I am older and wiser but i will still post my poems of when I was down ,and I have learned to appreciate the value of your postings and comments, thank you, I have had my website since 1997 and it ha changed thru maturity, and I have no one to thank except you's, the readers so lets put credit where credit is due,and that is for the people I write about and fuss about because without them ,I would not have the feeling of being a writer of words and stories as I do ,and in the end thank all of you's in my simple but loyal writeing,and I guess I wrote this because I looked over some of my poems and a lot of them are about being free,and what else do we all need freedom ,I didn't know where i could post this ,but seeing that the one's that no me thru this ,are the bros/sisters. who read them here and I thank you, ,,L&R,,Wayne,,again I thank all of you and your thoughts

I agree with SM 100%. Your poems have brought a lot to Hawg Zone. I enjoy reading them very much, they make you think. Please keep posting them! :smile:

i agree. i think your writing shows a lot of heart.
we have a great mix of people here, a lot of talent, a lot of good hearted people, and several i'm happy to call my 'friends'.

Wayne, you're writings are inspirational, provocative, and clearly come from the heart and from your experiences - we all have our own path that we must follow and the path of a writer can be an arduous burden one day and a true uplifting blessing others - and you express both in your writings.

You are an asset to HZ and we're glad you are here. Continue to share and we will continue to read, think, and appreciate.
