I waited till knew for sure as it was hear say at first... The BPL caught fire last Sat. night... Faulty wiring believed to be the cause... Approx. 125 patron's were dining at the time and all escaped with out any injuries.... No word if they are going to rebuild or not.. I'm not even sure on the extent of damage at this point.... :sad:

I guess I may never know what I missed. I expect more and more restaurants to burn in this economy.

Man that sucks!!! Doubt that one was intentional, not with customers there. Not to mention they were a huge place, which you always had to wait to get into. Man I'm a bit sad now

LMAO...Aren't we a bunch of shit heads...all we care about is the catfish... no one ever said thank goodness no one was hurt during the fire and all that other meaningful stuff....

Now rebuild that place so we can eat some fish

I havn't heard about rebuilding yet, but we found out the original owner's retired and had recently sold it... So BPL was under new ownership when it burned...
