Default Texas Highways

Linda and I subscribe to this mag. We use it a lot for planning new & different destinations on our ramblings around Texas.. They cover a lot little hole in the road places I never heard of... If you never ck'ed one out you owe it to yourself...
They have a great web site full of cool stuff...

Since my Daddy's been with TxDOT for 47yrs .. I've been reading 'em since I was a kid

We've subscribed for several years now since I dont get the "family" copy anymore. Hahaha.

But it is awesome readin & provides a ton of little known getaways around the State. This month's with all the wildflowers is really nice.

I agree with all of ya'll and yes the wildflowers are coming out.... Also the dogwood trail is really something to see and the park in Palestine is loaded with dogwood it looks like a fairy tail land.... We went to that last year and i'm ready to go back!!!!!

I've been getting that mag. since the early 80's and enjoyed everyone of them... It has taken me off the beaten path more than once for sure...
They even surprise you with stuff right in your own back yard...
