Default Sunday ride

Linda, Jimmy and myself got outta town for a nice ride yesterday.. The weather was just perfect so we went to Natchitoches, La. on some back roads we all like and met up with Bullzeye (Gwen) from Lafayette.. Some of ya'll met her on the HCR... She brought a friend along for the ride so it's about 1/2 way for the both of us... We landed at the Pioneer Pub there on the river for refreshments and lunch...(good eats) and the have 17 beers on tap from around the world really cool place. Round trip came to about 255 mi.. Just right

That sounds like it was a great time Curley! I'm jealous. I haven't been on the bike in 14 days and I still have 9 more work days till I'm off. Starting to seriously jones for some riding time now.
I don't know how they handle it up north, I would go postal :stoptheinsanity:
I'm glad Y'all got a chance to get out and enjoy the beautiful weather.

Piff sounds like you pull some long hitches before time off... That would wear me out... I have to remember when I was a service tech. in the oil patch there would be times I wouldn't get a day off for months... It was that old 24/7 on call crap and I did that for many-a-year... The wallet was fat but after a while it would make you stircrazy... LOL Then when we were off I didn't want to go anywhere
