Drunkest town in Texas?????

Pretty often I go through the town of Cuney, it's on Hwy. 175, between Jacksonville & Athens, anyway I've always noticed there are several Liqour stores there, today I counted, there are 6 full-size package liqour stores, only unusual because the population in Cuney is only 145 :burp:

Must be on a wet - dry line. There are always liquor/beer stores on those lines usually county lines out that far. Around DFW there are several dry cities while the county is wet.

One of the craziest laws still going. Like you are keeping alcohol out.

Where I grew up the county line bars were famous for fights. Usually a redneck logger who was a "fill in the blank".... Green Beret, Navy Seal, Black Belt.... would get drunk and clean the whole place out.

If you are ever looking for a good fight stop in one of the Mississippi county line bars and call some body a fag. Or act like a fag. Either will get a reaction.
