Well get ready to trade in an extra hour of sleep this weekend. Daylight Saving Time begins early Sunday morning. That means the clocks will "spring forward" by one hour. Daylight Saving Time will last from March 9-Nov. 2. While changing the clocks, it's also a good time to change the batteries in your smoke detectors.
