Default Sittin' on the Curley's porch...

bullzeye & I are sitting here with Curley & his Mrs. Posting from my palm so it won't be a long message. Had a nice ride up from louisiana and gotta go back today, just waiting on the rain to stop. Should be lovely day sun is already peaking out. Love the roads up here in tx.
Gotta run to get home before dark.

Love beaded

I sure hate that I missed the chance to visit with Y'all and ride in the toy run yesterday
I hope you enjoyed the run and hopefully I'll be able to catch ya next time.

Appreciate the invite John!

Sorry you couldn't make Piff we had a really good time!! We stopped at Butcher boy's and ate then went to the HD shop.. After leaving the HD shop we met Bullzeye and Beaded in Timpson and rode Hwy 699 back to Carthage (Beautiful ride) then on to home... It was a great day to ride

Yeah.... finally made it home after a long day - got pretty wet, glad it was just heavy drizzles and not big "white out" drops, and didn't have any rain after it got dark. Go figure.... today is colder, but sunny and clear!!! I know, I know.... should've stayed another day, but had to get home to do work, pay bills.... and best of all, get paid!!! Thanks again J & L..... could sit on your porch for days, and never leave there!!!!!!! Love Y'all

Well we got home ok. I may have spoken a tad too soon about the weather, seeing as it seemed as if we had our own personal cloud following us.
Oh and just in case anyone is wondering, sometimes when there is just green on the radar, it can mean its pouring. Buckets.

Still, one good thing came out of riding home in rain almost all the way. I did manage to try out my Harley water resistant and wind resistant jacket. Plus I managed to find out something vital - the limits of said jacket. It seems apparently that it is resistant to something akin to someone sneezing on you and not much more. So thats nice. And who knew wind traveled through water.

All in all though, it was was great to visit my friends in Tx. I miss them loads although riding to see them does have its advantages, because even in the rain its always a fabulous ride to see some fabulous folks. I've been too sick to ride and see them for over 6 months, so its really fitting that this trip was the first time since I got sick that I managed to ride and really really enjoy riding again. I guess that means I can take road trips again. Wooooooooooo.

Hopefully soon I'll be able to come and ride with all of you!

Love
Beaded (aka Eva)
