We are going to ride up and check this out. It's still a ways off, but looks like a good time.

Hico is a cool little town. Better known for its pie than steaks, but this looks really good. Check out Hard Eight's BBQ in Stephenville and the Dr Peppers made in that area with real Imperial Sugar. There is also Chalk Mountain rest stop on the left just after you hit 67 North off of 220 out of Hico if you are looking for a place to ride.

I will put this on the calendar. Remind us too. Maybe we can see you and the RN there. It is only a couple of hours max from the house and a nice ride.

Hard 8 in Stephenville is the best I've had, we ride there just for that. Might see us there too :grin:

Hico is also known for I believe he went by "Brushy Bill" who claimed to be the "Billy the Kid" and that old Pat G. didn't get him........ :roll:

We're not going to be able to make this one. Our DC is doing inventory the foloowing week, so our schedules will change to Sun-Thurs. Since I get up at 3 am, we'll have to pass :sad:
