 13th Annual Stevie Ray Vaughn Remembrance Ride & Concert While remembering the life of Stevie Ray Vaughan, enjoy a fun-filled combination motorcycle parade and blues concert, benefiting the Stevie Ray Vaughan Memorial Scholarship Fund! The parade starts at Hooters in Dallas' West End, proceeds to Cowboys in Arlington for the all-day memorial concert. Cowboys is a 3,000 capacity tri-level venue which allows everywhere to be a great view of the stage. All tickets are General Admission. Free parking at Cowboys. SRV Ride
