Yes .. mudbugs are crawfish. You have to eat a lot of 'em to actually feel like you ate something. LOL For me personally, porking in around 125lbs .. I'm full after about 5lbs of crawfish :mrgreen:

The seasoning used is what makes or breaks them IMO. If they are cooked right - they are great eatin, if cooked less than great - they are little gritty. They are bottom feeders so some are a little sandy tasting depending on where in Louisiana you get them.
