Good ride today!!!

We headed out this morning to the mountains to try to get a little cool air. 400 miles later we are back at the house. Riding from here to Cherokee NC this morning, picked up the Blue Ridge Parkway. We rode up to the high point which is 6100 feet (fairly high for our area). Back down the Parkway and picked up 441 and over the mountain, to Gatlinburg, TN. We stopped for pizza and beer at an awesome bar. From Gatlinburg we headed to Townsend on a little backroad and then to 411 south back to Cleveland. All in all a pretty good day. There were plenty of dipshits on the road today as there was a HOG rally going on in Knoxville. I have never seen so many wannabees in shorts in all my life.

Sounds like a much better ride than I had today, about 200+miles, rode out to work for a freakin a.m. meeting, then around town getting both trucks serviced, HOT as Hell, no coolness around :smile:

I've been on parts of that ride myself Ram. Our ride to Cherokee from Gatlinburg a few years ago was just kick ass. Glad you two had a great day.

Ya'll beat us Texans

Mike laid down about 200+ & Gzr & I laid down a little over 200 today too.

Life is good on 2 wheels.

Damn, I got about 10 miles in.. LOL Went to the bar and back...... :wink: But, not in shorts, after burning my leg twice on Cartdogs bike, I am not about to wear shorts again.. :roll:
