Tina - I think I am going to ride south tomorrow with the boys then head back to Daytona by myself on Tuesday. I have some running around to do on Wednesday and will probably meet you guys at the condo on Thursday.

In 2004 there was a massive police presence at Bike Week. There were numerous complaints from business owners, local residents and people attending the rally.

For the past few years there have been less police visible, but that appears to have changed this year. There are a huge number of police and road side checks at this year's event.

Always funny to me in a way .. the Cities, towns & States absolutely LOVE bikers' money .. they just want it without the bikers :evil:

Maybe they'll get raked over the coals by those same attendees and business owners this year too.
