Just curious why the New Posts link top right sometimes works and soemtimes it doesn't . I usually use that to see what everyones talking about but sometimes when I click on it I get one or two posts .. Any idea why this seems to be not functioning right ???

it works every time for me
you're sure no one is viewing the page when you're away from your computer that would update what has been viewed?

When you see one, or two posts that's because that is all that is new since the last time you visited.

sorry hells, i didn't see your ? before i logged out
having just logged in, it shows me 2... but when i compare it to the forum posts seperately sm is right, that's all that is new

if it does it again and you have not logged in for awhile try looking at last post in a few different forums to compare it and make sure

good luck

If you bring up a new post search, then answer a thread, if you hit new posts again it will change the amount of posts it finds.

I usually hit the new posts, answer thread, then backup to the search again until I went through the whole list. Mind you the search feature "new posts" is time based too, so that can change it. If you still have problems then you might need to check your cookies settings to see when they update. You should have them set to "update cookies when when cookies are out of date" or "when newer versions are available". Hope that helps.
