I am not sure what the law says. Just follow the law or change the law. You can't break the law cause you want to.

Gitmo has so little real significance. Had we spent as much effort on killing Bin Laden and really fighting and winning whatever wars we have started or become involved in (like stated above) we would have been done long ago.

It is hard to find one damn thing that makes any sense anymore. It isn't a republican or democrat problem it is an American problem.,

Yep - not to take this post on a tangent, but when billionaire CEOs are standing in the bailout welfare line, the end of our economy can't be far off.

I've thought politicians to be crooks, but our legislators aren't even hiding it anymore. They are raping America right in front of the citizens and we're doing nothing about it.

Another thing, if the government is of the people, by the people and for the people, then why are they so Hell bent on taking guns away? I mean, in a true democracy, is rebellion even necessary? By default, each election should be it's own rebellion or rather "calibration".

Something is going on and it's not jiving with the way this country was meant to be run.

But if you even mention "tea party" you're a militant redneck traitor with a gun and a religion.

The hardest thing of all for me to understand is how the same crooks keep getting elected over, and over? Do the people voting for them just vote like lemings, or worse, do they really believe what they are being told? Not what they could actually see if their eyes were open........
