That part of NY state has some great roads, but as I mentioned to Swyney before there are way too many rice riders at Americade for my liking. If you think Bike Week is sanitized now, you haven't seen anything until you have been to Americade. I know Swyney goes for the riding, which is cool, but the event itself is pretty lame. If you want to hit upstate NY the Harley Rendezvous is a way better event.

Geeze... I've never been to the rally.......but been to Lake George many times ridin' last year an yeah the roads are terrific......seems like the roads in northern NY state are very senic and a pleasure to ride......

Our plans are quite tentative at this point, but if we go, I think we'll be there for the 7th, 8th, and 9th. Where are you staying Swyney? We may stay in Warrensburg (I think) this time.
