From the Rams point of view should we be excited about him coming up here? Anything has to be better than what we've had the past couple of years. We have gone from the greatest show on turf to needing barf bags just to watch the games.

Better news is they bagged the Defensive co-ordinator - Brian Stewart ..

I think Jason is taking a lot of unwarranted criticism for the Cowboys failures on offense but I hope he gets the gig , he's gonna be a good coach someday ..

Nobody can coach TO. He won't allow it.

I think they won't encourage nor discourage Jason leaving. The second he leaves they hire Shanahan and make he and Wade Co-Head Coaches until Wade leaves or that just works out for years.

Shanahan - Offense
Wade - Defense
Got the new Special teams guy

that would be a dream team of coaches but i dont think we have to offensive line to run a shanahan type offense.

They have 3 or 4 pro bowlers. Coaching. Coaching. Gerode, Adams, Davis, Whitten

But the 1st step is to get shed of t.o. I think he is a part of the reason Romo sucked so bad at the end, he was forcing the ball to t.o. to shut him up. t.o. is almost 36, he's on the down hill side of his career anyway, time to move on.
The second step is to play like a Team! Pracitce like a Team, and win/lose as a Team JMO

I am not sure I am watching another Cowboy game until TO leaves. I started to pick up some heavily discounted Cowboy's PJ's yesterday. I said screw em, I will pass if they are giving them away.
