Default UFC 74 - Respect

This is going to be a good one tonight ...

Couture Vs. Gonzaga
I'm hoping Randy pulls it off, but that Gonzaga is a tough dude. I really really dislike that shit Gonazga does bouncing around like an ape in the octagon.

St. Pierre Vs. Koshcheck
I like both these guys. On the one hand I want to see GSP redeem himself, but on the other I really respect the way Josh has rounded out his game. Regardless of who wins this should be the most entertaining fight of the night.

The rest of the under card has a couple decent fights. The Guida fight should be high energy and it will be interesting to see what Sobral does after a couple of loses.

The next five UFC events are all stacked with some big names fighting.

Sucks to be Gonzaga this morning. His nose has to hurt like a mother.

And GSP totally took Koshcheck to school.

Much better than the last two UFC main events.

Did anybody notice the huge blood stain in the middle of the octagon from one of the fights earlier in the night? We were hoping to see how it got there.

I found the rest of the footage from last night and the blood came from Sobral vs. Heath. Sobral beat the stuffing out of Heath who bled like a stuffed pig. Heath tried to tap out and Sobral held him in a choke putting him to sleep even after the ref stopped the fight. People we booing Sobral and you can clearly hear people in the crowd calling him a fucking asshole. Interesting fight. Sobral definitely didn't make any friends.

I'll have to get on UFC.com, and watch that one! We were hoping to see that fight too  That was a massive amount of blood, no doubt. I really like Couture, but the head knocking definitely helped him out, what a huge ass gash in Gonzanga nose, grossed me out  I do think he still would've won though.

The Sobral vs. Heath fight is at video.ufc.com for $1.99.

Sobral is an asshole. I hope he gets another chance to be knocked out by Liddell.
