Windshield for a 98 Dyna Superglide Headlamp visor

Hi, just joined in. I have a 98 Dyna and it has a fiberglass headlight visor ( the big one, not the small metal cap). I get absolutely NO wind buffering properties at all from it.,..all looks no function.
IT has been painted to match the bike and is nice BUT I would like to be able to add on a mini windshield if at all possible, either a bolt to the bars type or a custom molded I can fasten to the visor. I enclose a photo of the current visor to show size etc...being a 98 Dyna, the speedometer is on the front of the handle bars ( i.e. not tank mounted( so the room to slide anything in behind the fairing/visor is limited to about 8 1/2" wide .
