Hector Arana won his second Pro Stock Motorcycle race of the 2009 season, beating Junior Pippin in the final round after Pippin fouled out. The Lucas Oil Products Buell rider clinched a spot in the Countdown to 1 playoffs with his victory.
"That win felt awesome," Arana said. "It couldn't get any better than winning here at the Lucas Oil event."
Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines rider Eddie Krawiec leads the NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle series by more than 100 points after racing a Harley-Davidson V-Rod to the semi-final round of eliminations at the Lucas Oils NHRA Nationals at Brainerd International Raceway.
