I just got my garage floor poured last week. I will plug into the PC III this week. One thing to keep in mind is that my ECM has a stage II Harley OEM burn in it, which obviously has an impact on the PC III settings.

I understand.

The thing that is most inportant to me is the spark advance, and not fuel. As my bike is carbed not F/I. I have done all that I can to my beast, but fucked with the ignition advance/retard. Your numbers will be an interesting comparison.
The ignition only map I am running is a map from Doug Coffey at Head Quarters. The map was made for my 11.3:1 - 95". It is my understanding that the bigger bore motors can have a much greator advance than the smaller ones such as the 95". You and I are the only ones with 4.25" pistons. (That I am aware of anyway)
I have been on the dyno 192 pulls for this bike. The last pull number was 130 or so, for the 95". I wont go back for final tuning untill I have a better idea of wich direction to go on the ignition.
I have done all that I can do at this point. Including a custom stepped
1-7/8" to 2" headers with a custom merg collecter with an open silencer core in the meg. I finaly installed a thunder jet fuel circuit. Tha alone made more of a difference then any thing else, other than the motor. The T-jet didn't make any more power, just allowed me to tune around 2800-3200 rpm reversion problems. The bike is the strongest and smoothest its ever been. Jon AKA Bigshovel just got to witness it and ride it.
I am real excited to try the ignition tables. Thanks in advance again.

BTW the current numbers are 134hp/152.5tq at the rear wheel.

I will post before and after when you get me those numbers.

<EDIT> one more thing. If you have different numbers for both jugs. I need to know that to.

Cheerz

Thanks dude. Now I can get to work, but first I need to find out how much advance you had before. Hmmmm, time to make some calls I guess.

Just to make sure you get the right starting point my Road King is an '04 FLHPI. The ECM has a Harley stage two burn, which is for a 95" kit with flat top pistons, but no cams, or head work with the stock throttle body.
