Ultra Classic Electra Glide already clocked 2,600 miles

An Army National Guard recruiter from Wisconsin was the first customer to own a 2010 Harley-Davidson, picking up a limited edition Ultra Classic Electra Glide before it hit the showroom floor.
Jeff Lytle, a 38-year-old from Oshkosh, Wis., entered the Milwaukee Harley-Davidson dealership looking to buy a 2009 model but arrived just as the new 2010 motorcycle was being uncrated. Four hours later, Lytle had sold his 2004 Road King and rode home on the Ultra Limited.

“I went in looking for a 2009 Ultra, but was blown away by the 2010 Ultra Limited’s additional standard features and original design,” says Lytle. “I knew it would set me apart from other riders.”

And it did, Lytle says, drawing attention when he rode it to the Sturgis Motorcycle rally days later.
