the crazy ideas have already started

i really dont like the headlines on this one. i hate to admit that i'm old enough to have seen a few down turns in the stock market(dot comm crash taught me a lot) but i got real nervous at the beginning of the year and took all our 401k's , ira's and such and moved them to money market funds so i've havent been hurt much by the market drop. now some crazy bitch wants to confiscate what i've saved over the last 35 years for the greater good(redistribute the wealth). i dont think this could ever pass, i think it's a little too radical but there are going to be a lot of ideas thrown out there that are going to find ways to take over our money for the greater good.

Sounds crazy to me too. I like the guaranteed part. That would have helped my parents this year. But as we all know there is no such thing as a free lunch. I don't trust the government as much as I do myself. We also moved our money and haven't been hurt much. We both only did that cause we actually have a choice today.
