Default A FALLEN SOLDIER Heroes showed support at funeral

On June 11, standing in the parking lot of the Dennis Toll Funeral Home, little did I know, I would be standing among some of the greatest people, I consider heroes.

To my right stood two OPP officers, both female with badges of "special constable."

On my left was Jim, a war veteran, wearing a very special ball cap with Canada on it. Could there be something in the works here that not even I know about? What was the true purpose of me being at Capt. R. S. Leary's funeral, besides me paying respects and being thankful for his services and everything he had done for me, for all Canadians.

This story needs to be told. I hope that in a way it makes you think twice about the people you see every day and try and understand, that no matter what you see or don't, an opportunity is there for the taking.

Great story....click here to read the rest.
