As and ER nurse I can say.............. yep it's a fact you can have a penile fracture. That's what it's called anyway. It didn’t take that long for the urologist to arrive. He looked at it and rubbed on it for a while which was both painful and weirdly erotic at the same time. He then looked at me and said, “You have a traumatic rupture of the corpus cavernosum. Also known as a broken dick”.
