Thinking about buying a V-Rod or Night-Rod

Hey folks,
I have a question. I've never bought a Harley before. Owned a few other bikes. I like the Night Rod. May go take a look at one in a nearby dealer showroom. But, via email, the salesguy mentioned the price is always MSRP. Is this true? Do Harley dealers never discount from MSRP?

I'd like to know going in if I'm going to have a chance at negotiating a bit down on MSRP. I've never bought a car at sticker, so i'm a bit suprised if there truly is no wiggle room here either. Especially with the winter/slow season upon us.
