The words 'move over' -- even if readable in the rearview mirror -- may not mean much to them, but a ticket might. Some states are cracking down.

Your numbers pale in comparison to mine Chris, and nothing makes me madder  It is the law here in Texas, and there are signs all over the Interstate, but it's rarely enforced  I Love it when they are also on the cell, absolutely oblivious to their stupidity, until it's pointed out to them by a BIG Black tractor-trailer on their ass, with the air horn blaring....usually wakes them up

Ram mentioned to me a couple years ago that it is an offense in Tennessee to hold up more than 5 vehicles behind you, but just like your observation in Texas it's a law that isn't enforced.
I'm usually not a big supporter of issuing citations, but in this case it sure would help the flow of traffic to buckle down on people who abuse the hammer lane. Cheers, Speed |

Man you could cut the 401 accidents in half if they enforced that...problem is speed limit 100...and fast lane they move at 120-130.....so if your going the speed limit, how do you get a ticket?? Just wonderin how this works?

That's a whole other kettle of fish Fub. The 401 was originally engineered for a 75mph speed limit, but the do-gooders in Onterrible had that dropped to 60mph many years ago, which is ridiculously low. The speed limit needs to be raised to 120kph (~75mph) then they need to enact a new law prohibiting people from blocking the left lane and enforce it.
