Interesting rendition of the flag raising on Iwo Jima.

I'm at run to the wall in DC where they are expecting 500,000 bikes and close to 1 million people this weekend to pay tribute to fallen troops at the Vietnam memorial wall.

I'll remember those that made the ultimate sacrifice .. I wish I could make that ride sometime too Speedman , I bet its a very emotional gathering ..

I always put my passenger pegs down on Memorial Day in recognition of those that can no longer ride with me (us). I can't take credit for the idea, I just heard it once a while ago, and it sounded like such a good idea I've been doing it every Memorial/Veterans Day since.
