Angry 2011 Softail Convertible

My bike is 1480 miles. Since new, I noticed a hard vibration that becomes more notable when I pass the 60 mph. I took the bike to a DINO and the bike's vibration was notable, even without a passenger. The local dealer balanced the rear tire, but it only needed .5 grms of additional weight. The dealer also adjusted the belt according to factory specifications. The bike still vibrating. I know another owner that has the same problem. The same local dealer adjusted the pipes bolts to his bike, but the vibration continues. As you see, there are 3 possible solutions for the same problem. We believe the local dealer is guessing about the vibration problem. The vibration is felt in the whole bike, and was noted since the very first ride. We followed all steps stated in the owner's manual, including an examination of both tires condition. Nothing unual was noted. Can some body help me?
