Its from 2005 and the real funny thing is, is that the SOL was just about to expire!!
I had planned and probably still will fight this by myself but it sure doesn't hurt to get a few professional opinions and I have already talked to one lawyer and he wanted to try and get it settled for less money and thats not what I am after...I want it dismissed!! Thanks for his website.
