Default Cutting thin chrome

How? The pieces I have don't fit the frame because of other frame parts.. so how do I cut it to fit?

Once you cut something that has been chromed the edge will most likely peel. If you remove material (I would use a grinder if it's just a small amount of material) the best thing to do is send it back out to be re-chromed.

Good luck.

Yup, thats the way Paul Jr. does it on those $100K customs.

It is the only way though. Then send out for new chrome.

Or, a cheap fix is to try nail polish. Clear nail polish. I had chrome start to peel on a set of foot peg mounts and I still use it as an example today. That shit is designed to tougher standards than you might think.

Use a solution of 91% Isopropyl Alcohol to prep the finished surface and slap 'er on.
