Just thought that I would brag a little and let you know that I went for a ride after work today!! :grin: It was great to be in the saddle again.

I'd like to go for a ride but the road to my place is about 2" deep in mud. I had a quote to have it paved but for 30K I'll wait for things to dry up. :wink:

I was out for awhile this afternoon BP, feels good to be on 2 wheels again!

FB, imagine your first bike, first ride, it's almost like that every spring, definetly a rush!

Early summer last year 50ish year old guy on a Honda Rebel 250
Full leathers on Half helmut and wife same on back...
The Grin he had on his face nothin would wash it away ......
I hung back a bit and watched them ...... he pulls in for a coffee I follow , park beside him we shoot the shit for awhile , the excitment , joy, freedom ...... Fuck what I would not give to get that feeling back!!!!!!

Its almost like that every spring ..... Just almost though......
Weather gets warmer more rides, and more rubs....

great description RR! made me think of the grin i was wearing (for more than a day) when i picked up bird
i still get the shit eatin grin climbing on :mrgreen:

That it is FB. The ponds are still frozen and there is still snow in the ditches and its only 5 deg.C. But riding is riding and I still get that grin during the first ride of the season. I wonder what the wind chill works out to be at 160 kmh?
