 Hi all, I am at the border of South Dakota on my way to Sturgis after 3 days of miserable weather. I do not have sun burn or wind burn but I have FU.....G RAIN AND FROST BURN in my face.
We left this morning at 8am with a lot of fog and 45 degree Farenheight, and it started to rain an hour after and on and off all day.... But other then that it is still good to ride and enjoying the nice picture that offer Lake Superior at this time of the year and all the nice road of the State. After Sturgis it will be Las Vegas then the coast of California, back to Vegas then to Tennesse and back to Canada. I hope that I will be able to visit FatBoy during my Trip on my way back.. Sorry Speed, did not have a chance to stop for a beer before leaving, I was too busy packing and getting ready to leave.. See you I hope so in Tennesse.. |

I am in Sturgis tonight!!!!
The only wild women in town that I saw so far, are those nice little dear on the side of the road....The town is a ghost town tonight.... The weather was nice starting around 2pm today, it went up to about 64 degree compare to 42 degree in the morning and we were riding around the cloud and the rain all morning and half afternoon. I rode on about 8 different roads today just to make sure I was not getting wet and it worked...LOL.. Really nice road around here with all new pavement and not one curve for about 60 miles on certain road like the road hwy 12 and 212, just to name those one.. Tomorrow not sure what we are doing, we will see on the morning.. Talk to you soon.. Reg |
