BIG THANKS to Reg!!! He made his way down from a couple hours away, and was at my side all weekend long!! I couldn't have done it without him!!

How different is the house buying selling experience in Canada?

You don't have mortgages until you die do you? I think I heard that from somebody so the house are "a lot" more reasonable. But I dunno.

I know you can get a 40 year mortage now? If that's what you mean?...houses in Toronto are staying on the market an avg of 24 days...the housing market is still quite strong here, dispite whats happening with our neighbours to the south.
