I can't see that bullshit ever happening. How the fuck can you determine if a vehicle is being built to street race or race the 1/4 mile. There is no way that this could happen. Now if the cops pull a couple of these jerks over while racing on the street thats a different story. I still think that everyone has to have their day in court though!!!
