Default Butt Buffer pad

I had a "Butt Buffer pad" installed in my Sundowner seat, and damn what a difference. Once you sit down in it, you are in, no moving around to get comfortable when you are riding.

We walked up to the booth in Myrtle Beach, the guy had a pad laying on a seat outside. I sat on it and it was comfortable, when I got up, he lifted the pad, damn there were about 6-8 pieces of 1" angle iron under it.. and you damn near could not feel them.

They make pads for putting on top of the seat, but I opted to have them install mine in the seat, it includes the pad and some special foam that is used for burn patients. Took about 45 minutes and cost $152.00 US. This is one of the best things I have ever done to my bike...

BTW, they will be in Daytona this Spring..

If you had some meat on your skinny ass you wouldn't need that thing. :P

Are these the "Gel" pads I've seen advertised and are they fairlyfirm or mushy?

I have plenty of "padding" but ever since I got run over on my Honda, I can't sit very long on any surface

They are surgical gel pads, and they are very comfortable. I am getting one in my seat next time we go to the rallys! It's awesome... 8)
