Simple Salsa roast

Its so simple and so easy and sooooooo good.

Take a medium or large roast, i use venison. Put it in a crock pot, smother with potatoes and carrots. Then cover ingredients with 1 quart of your favorite salsa, cook for 8-10 hours. So easy and so good, the salsa is the key, so many salsa options and veggies too. My version is all home grow ingredients including the deer meat.
