Default Lone Star Bar-B-Que takes barbecue to new level

Looks like one we'll have to check out down there

Barbecue at its very best could easily describe a small treasure hidden in Lakehills. Leaving his first probationary year behind him, Lone Star Bar-B-Que proprietor Josh Edwards is celebrating his anniversary month with a steady stream of business and a barbecue pit that keeps on chugging.

Seeking a simpler lifestyle, Edwards, 30, relocated from his San Antonio home to Lakehills five years ago. A motorcycle accident left him with a leg injury that ended his position with CPS Energy, and serendipity opened the door to a new career. Cale Mays, former owner of Lone Star Bar-B-Que, offered to sell the restaurant to Edwards, and on July 10, 2006, he bought the place lock, stock and barrel.

Rest of story Here

You might wanna have some extra time, cause fresh pulled pork takes about 2-3 hours at 250 deg.

including a pulled pork dish that falls apart in your fingers. Everything is prepared in house and to order, so call ahead for meals to-go, and expect to visit a while when dining in. <End Q>

Shit, I would be way to drunk by the time the dinner got there. :fall:

Thanks fer the tip. Do they deliver..........To Seattle?
